Alexa’s Atelier offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Ordering and Payment
Payment must be made upon completion of an order via credit card or PayPal only. Alexa’s Atelier accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. When checking out, you warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card or PayPal account used to complete the payment.
All Purchase Orders placed through this Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Alexa’s Atelier, who reserves the right to reject or refund any payment made by you, prior to dispatch. You will be emailed a confirmation of the receipt of your purchase. Though prices may be displayed as estimates in local currency, all transactions are settled in Euros. If ordering from outside Switzerland, your currency will be converted to Euros upon completion of the transaction and charged the conversion rate as determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason we are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account.
This Website is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption which ensures that any data you enter in a secure area of the site is encrypted during transmission over the Internet. SSL utilises data encryption to create a secure environment for you to conduct your online transactions. In order for SSL to be effective, you must be using an SSL compliant browser.
Alexa’s Atelier offers a secure payment service via Stripe, an industry leading card processing authority that exceeds the most stringent security standards. Through this payment gateway your credit card data will be stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Customs and duties
We cannot mark down the value or mark parcels as a gift. Please enquire with the relevant authority in your country for more information about customs and other potential costs. Peppermint Fox is also not responsible for any fees, customs or duties paid due to import of our products.

We will inform you about the tracking number of your parcel.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day refund policy for all purchases on alexasatelier.squarespace.com. We will happily accept a return if you’ve changed your mind for any reason, subject to the following conditions:
· Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, including proof of purchase
· Items must be in original, resalable condition including all packaging
· Digital Items, Treasure Packs, Lucky Packs, Seconds Items and Gift Cards cannot be returned
· Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Returns made before 30 days will receive a refund as usual. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 30 days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Responsibility for Postage Fees
Items returned due to faults will receive a full refund for the purchase, including shipping. For change of mind returns we will issue a refund or for the value of the returned product only. If your return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, then the refund will have the original shipping fees deducted.
Determination of faults is at the discretion of Alexa’s Atelier. In most cases, if we can assess there is an issue through email and photos, we’ll work with you to find a solution that doesn’t involve further postage.
The refund will be paid to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our items, we will only facilitate an exchange for faulty items. We will cover the shipping costs of recovering items and delivering your replacement to you. If limited stock has since sold out, there may be a waiting period while the replacement is produced.

In most cases you can expect your order to ship within three business days for in stock items. Items can take up to 7 days to be received within Switzerland and up to 14 days to be received to the rest of the world. At the moment, please allow a couple of extra days for the processing of International orders.
Do you offer returns of exchanges?

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! You can contact us by the contact form below within 24 hours of your order. After that time, we cannot make any changes to orders. If a change to your order reduces your order value below the free shipping threshold, we will charge the appropriate shipping cost.
Can I combine my orders?
At the moment, combining orders is not possible.
Who is responsible for customs and duties?
International customers are responsible for the customs and duties charges in their country.
Can you repair damaged pieces ?
We cannot repair Alexa’s Atelier accessories produced prior to 2019, especially resined items, nor can we offer replacement. For accessories produced in 2019 and onwards, suffering damage not caused by product fault, we can’t offer a repair service.
Who is the designer behind Alexa’s Atelier?
Alexa Tschan is the person behind Alexa’s Atelier. She designs everything you see on the website.
For her books, Alexa works with a graphic designer and a printing company. All her patterns are corrected and proof read by an professional technical knitting editor.
Will you re-release any collections?
Collections may be restocked, books may be reprinted.
